By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. pm55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any balance returned to the verified payment method on file, less any amounts attributable to bonus funds.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one pm55 account only. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or identity information used. pm55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pm55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pm55 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.
